Adjustments to the rental offer
E-bikes are currently available on seven stages of Route 99 between Einsiedeln and Laupen as well as on all Herzschlaufen loops. Our rental stations are open daily during the season from April 1 to October 31.
Other locations served (Route 99):
Laupen, Thun, Langnau im Emmental, Burgdorf, Willisau, Hünenberg, Zug and Einsiedeln.
Locations still served (heart loops):
Laupen (Route 299), Langnau, Entlebuch, Burgdorf, Willisau (Routes 399, 699, 899), Lenzburg, Eschenbach (Route 599) and Wil (Route 999).
Locations no longer served (Route 99):
Rapperswil, Wattwil, Herisau, Altstetten, Romanshorn as well as Romont and Lausanne.
Group offers:
Mobile stations are still available for groups of 10 or more people on selected stages of the Herzroute.

How it works
- Select the desired pick-up and return station. Select the excursion date and time and press the CONTINUE button.
- After checking, you will be shown the available models that you can rent during the desired period. Select the bike you want and confirm your details by clicking CONTINUE.
- By registering or logging in, you will be forwarded to your customer profile, where you can enter or check your personal data. Check your booking in the summary and complete it.
- Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail (please check your junk or spam folder). You can pay for the rental on site in cash or by Maestro/Postcard. (Please note the payment instructions at the stations)

General info
- The half-day rate is only available for A-A rentals from 1:30 pm, which are booked spontaneously on site. For advance bookings or A-B rentals, the daily rate is charged.
- 1 day's rental is a calendar day and not 24 hours.
- Rental bikes can only be taken on trains free of charge if the rental contract has been issued at a railway ticket office
- The Swisspass (Half-Fare or GA) can be deposited with the summary in the booking process. The discount will then be generated.
