Booking is conveniently done online; the e-bike is picked up contactlessly and returned safely. Helmets and chargers can be
from the locker and used during the ride. Personal items such as backpacks or bags can be
stored safely in the locker during the ride. This modern, digital solution ensures a smooth process, high security, and a hassle-free mobility experience—all without on-site staff.

Groups of 10 or more:
For bookings of 10 or more people, we recommend submitting a group request. Please follow the instructions below the reservation window—this will allow us to prepare everything optimally for you and make the process as simple and seamless as possible for your group.

With the information you provide, we can make all the necessary preparations to ensure that the pickup process goes as smoothly and easily as possible for you and your companions. You’ll also benefit from a 20% group discount.

1. In the reservation window above, enter the correct number of people in the “Number of People” field
2. Select the desired date and click “Continue”
3. Now click on the “Group Trip à la Carte” link in the green bar
4. Fill out all fields*
5. and submit the request.
6. You’ll receive a response shortly.

* The station offers e-bike city/trekking models, city bikes, and children’s bikes.
All other models will be transported. In these cases, we charge additional transportation fees on top of the rental fee (without a discount).
